Providing SMART lighting solutions for EURAC Poole’s manufacturing facility

EURAC Poole, part of MAT Foundry Group Ltd which is part of the MAT Holdings Inc. family of companies, manufacture high quality grey and ductile cast iron parts for automotive and industrial applications.

Brief

Following an installation of six MyEnergi Zappi vehicle chargers for use by staff based in their headquarters in Poole, EURAC Poole approached Mission Road Electrical about wanting to reduce the lighting costs and at the same time improve the quality of lighting for staff welfare in the Poole manufacturing facility.

Solution

We provided EURAC Poole with a SMART lighting solution which works with outside lighting, reducing eye strain for those working in the manufacturing facility. This included changing all the existing lighting to LED lighting providing an efficient solution that also reduces the factory overall energy bills.

The project has been split into four phases to cover all the factory areas. Currently on phase 3, this project has taken around 6 months to complete as we have completed our installations during periods when the factory has shut down for holidays.

Absolute lifesaver, my fridge freezer was damaged during a move and the wires for the plug became disconnected from the fridge freezer. Phoned at 5:30pm, Jason was out by 7pm and had everything reconnected and back up and running perfectly. Thank you! Highly recommend and reasonable priced too for an out of hours call.

Brilliant service. Easy to book, relatively short wait time for appointment, deal with a human the whole time and the job that was done was immaculate. I had a fairly significant ask and was worried about scope creep as is usual with these things; but no, they came, they quoted, they got it done perfectly and they were friendly throughout. When more help was needed to get it done in time, they called in reinforcements so I wasn't inconvenienced for very long. Top work Luke and Liam.

Fantastic quality work from Luke. He installed full electrics for a garden room including hot tub, underfloor heating and WiFi enabled controls as well as neatly installing SWA cable. Good problem solving too. Neat, accurate, tidy, great attention to detail. Will be using mission road again. I already used them for an EV point install. Rob did that one, and again, fantastic.
