Energy-Efficient Lighting Upgrade for Wordsworth Primary School
Mission Road Electrical was tasked with the electrical installation in Christchurch for Aris House, a newly constructed block of 15 flats with commercial premises on the ground floor. This large-scale project required a full electrical fit-out, including LED lighting, fire alarm systems, a door entry system, and heating controls. Spanning over a year with intermittent breaks on-site, the project demonstrated Mission Road Electrical’s ability to adapt to changing requirements and ensure a high-quality outcome.
One of the key challenges encountered during the project was a mid-construction change in the electricity supply to the individual flats. Initially, the design allowed for separate electricity supply connections, but due to unforeseen supplier changes, this was no longer possible. This required a change request and an adjusted approach to the electrical distribution.
